Sea Lane cafe at Goring for me too. Really nice to see so many people out on the water. Cross-on conditions, well powered on a 5m Ezzy and wave board. Waves were in the waist to chest, very occasionally head high range. Back side riding was fun, with clean flat zones between the waves. Easy for a big whack or two. It could have been perfect if the waves a bit steeper and holding the line for frontside riding. The odd clew-first one-hit wonder was on the cards, but that's all. Jumping was fun and I had a sweet chop hop clean over the head of Steve, with him looking up at the underside of my board and hooting.
